This property offers both dorm style and private bedrooms. Select room offer ensuite bathrooms. The hostel was very clean. In the room but also in the commons areas, everything was neat. Beds where very comfy and you can easily have your privacy thanks to the curtain. The location is great and there is a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff where super friendly. We would definitely come back again.

The City Hall transit stop is 2 minutes away and offers free transport within the city center. Free WIFI is included. The hostel is centrally located in downtown Calgary. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The accommodation is clean, comfy bed with bedding and fan. The common area was great for watching tv, playing games, chatting with other guests or working. There's a huge kitchen with everything you need, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer in the underground floor. Everything was super convenient! I enjoyed my stay and will gladly come again :)

Guests at HI Lake Louise Alpine Centre can relax in the common room with a fireplace. A small library is available for guests to choose from. Definitely recommend staying at this place. Everything was clean, the staff was nice and the beds were comfortable. and the best thing is that I had booked a bunk bed for two nights, but when I checked in they upgraded me and gave me my room for the same price. I had my own room for two nights. A very nice and pleasant surprise. Thank you very much.

The staff here are amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room is a bit tight for the number of beds, but it’s manageable. Adding privacy curtains to the bunk beds would make a big difference, especially given the limited space. The facilities are decent and kept clean. It’s conveniently located near the bus station. The location is great—away from the hustle and chaos of the town center and closer to the mountains, just the way I like it. Overall, it’s a great value for money and a solid spot to meet other backpackers and solo travelers.
