From the second I arrived to the second I left I felt very welcomed by Naomi (Owner). She’s very receptive and well informed. The pousada itself is beautiful, very well located and probably the cleanest place i have stayed in Brazil. The room is very comfortable, the bed is excellent, i had a great view with a hammock on the balcony. The air con is very good too. The communal area is clean and very functional and the swimming pool was an added bonus. I met some great people there and good friend in Naomi. I will definitely be returning soon. Oh and the pousada dog Zulu, is sooo lovely.. he accompanied me everywhere, even to the beach :) Thanks again.

He was also very helpful about what to see in Salvador and how to get to places. The location couldn't be better, midpoint between the historic centre and beaches/ historic lighthouse, all within walking distance. The neighbour is lined with big old trees and nearly the hostel are museums, particularly the Museum of Art where people can view (currently) Carybé"s sketches of Bahía and his time in Salvador. Very nice indeed.

The kitchen is well equipped and everything is clean. I absolutely loved staying here thank you Bella and Bruno!

Beautiful design, good breakfast, location right on the beach. Beds were unbelievably comfortable and they even had nice cotton bedlinen. Really impressed. Lovely staff and friendly owner too.
