From walking into the building, we felt welcome and looked after. We received customised bags with a drinks voucher, a handwritten welcome message and more assorted items. The room was surprisingly spacious with everything we needed. Enough plug points, plentiful light and a very welcome balcony. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Upon checking out, we were able to leave our bags there for the day until our train left. The street outside our window and balcony was very busy until about 23:00, when everything went quiet. This was in Chrismas time, when the markets were going and people were out in droves.

Staff were super friendly, the breakfast in the morning was great. They had plenty of places to store your luggage even before you could check in. Everything was super clean.
