people are very nice and responsive. it is very clean and there is always someone at the reception during the day. there is also a raspberry vending machine and an area where you can sit and eat. Also, when I calmed down, there was a room where the luggage was stored, so I could walk around the center until it was time to check in.

When I initially wrote the comment a made a mistake as I confused It with other hostel. It was perfect, very confortable and safe (like everywhere in Viena). Everyone was really friendly and both the capsules and the bathrooms were really clean. They have free lockers and ear plugs. If I ever go back to Viena I would surely consider staying here again

Everything it was great I did a upgrade on beds and the room was nice the shower was really a 10+ the chill room was amazing I love the vibe.

We had an amazing stay, my wife and I absolutely loved our experience. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an apartment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect, with the metro, tram, and train just around the corner, but we preferred mostly walking as it is very easy to get to all the main attractions in the city. A special thanks to Laura, who was incredibly kind and helpful! We highly recommend this hotel!
