I loved this place, the environment was wonderful, the common areas are very comfortable and cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped, the staff's attention was also perfect and very friendly, I definitely recommend this place, I think it is the best quality-price of the area!

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking hostel has a sauna and nightclub. Staff were honestly fantastic - they tried so so hard to accomodate the guests. There was an igloo party one night at the resort (nothing to do with the hostel) and the girl on reception arranged a coach off her own back so the guests could go (as it was hard to get home from) - genuinely fantastic effort. If the bar was just a little quiet the staff often went and had a beer with the guests etc so they felt accommodated. Breakfast was fantastic - really good buffet with hot and cold options - staff were attentive and kept it topped up, food was really well cooked. Location was pretty good - its around a 5 minute drive from the ski resort, and they put shuttles/coaches on morning and night. Bear in mind the prices you pay for accom right at the slopes I really cant complain at all its a great concept. The only thing I could mybe mention location wise is there's not much in the nearby (20 mins walk) town of Hopfgarten - places to eat, and apres ski bars in the town and coming off the slopes, but not really anywhere to drink after about 8pm, (except the hostel itself) unless you get a taxi to the next town Westendorf, which isn't walking distance and was around 30 EUR taxi. The whole place was absolutely spotless - the staff/managers certainly appeared to take a real pride in the place - and why not its lovely. Overall thanks very much guys, had a fantastic time, you were brilliant.

Though a 20 minute walk from the train station, this hostel puts you in the perfect spot right across the bridge from old town. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else location wise. Upon my arrival I was met with a kind and easy check in. I stayed in the mixed 6 bed dorm, the bunks were cozy and private with curtains, a light, and a charging station. The room itself extends the whole floor, with beds on one side, a common area in the middle, and showers and toilet at the other end. I have stayed at dozens of hostels and this one felt like I was at home in my own space. A really wonderful place, don’t think twice about booking.

The staff were very friendly, special thanks to Gustav and Maarten, they were there to help us out with any requests and provide recommendations. The amenities offered were very good: a large and well equipped shared kitchen, refrigerators for every room, large lockers for every guest, the possibility to use the washing and drying machines, ski storage room etc. Rooms were exceptionally clean, bathrooms and toilets as well, with enough space for all the guests, and most importantly the beds and linen were clean and comfortable. The general vibe and decor of the hostel is very upbeat and modern, all in all we had a great stay.

Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. Great hostel! The showers were very clean and easy to get to. There was lots of room for your belongings and ski / snowboard equipment. You had to bring all your own food, cook all your own food, and clean up after yourself. The other guests did a good job doing their part to keep common areas clean.

This is an amazing option for budget-conscious travelers! Also the restaurant attached was INCREDIBLE! Would 100% recommend
