Staff was extremely courteous and friendly; they agreed to help me check-in late and to check me out early to catch my train. It was refreshing to have my own toilet in my room. Housekeeping staff were friendly and consistent; they kept cleaning the room and emptying baskets all day. Location is perfectly set in front of the lake, and I had beautiful morning and night walks all around Sankt Gilgen in Christmas! I am definitely planning to come back in the summer.
