Absolutely loved my stay here! This hostel was a true gem – cozy, clean, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind – you can tell they really care about their guests. The whole place had such a warm and familiar atmosphere, like staying with friends or family. It was spotless throughout – from the rooms to the bathrooms and common areas, everything was well-maintained and super clean. The design and vibe of the hostel are also worth mentioning: it’s small but it feel charming and sweet. It’s the perfect mix of comfort and personality. If you're looking for a peaceful, homey place to stay with lovely people and great energy, I can’t recommend this hostel enough. I would definitely come back!

I had an amazing stay at Ura. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rita is one of the nicest owners I have ever met. She is kind, funny, and with impeccable attention for details. Thanks to her and to the volunteers working at the hostel, I was able to experience the city as a local. I loved that the common room had a high ceiling and free tea for the guests. The dorms are spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfy. If I ever come back to Prizren, Ura Hostel would be my first choice!

Great service to travelers Private room. Kettle below to make coffee. Also a travel agency, bought a bus ticket from them to Albania, which worked out very well. I stayed in a hostel dorm elsewhere the previous night, but should I ever return to Prizren, I'll come straight here.

Good location, close to city center. Has a cafe, restaurants on same street, walking distance. Friendly staff, early check in possible - great if you arrive with Bus early. Has a few fridge in room too, which is great to keep drinks, food fresh.
