Couldn’t fault anything about this property. I would recommend this stay to everyone as the facilities were all perfect, but best of all was the customer care from all the staff especially Mia. She goes above and beyond for all the guests here. It was the best service I’ve ever received and was always done with a smile. 10/10!

Nicest hotel we have stayed in whilst travelling Asia. Staff are so helpful we hired bikes, bought trekking tour and the bus from front desk. Very helpful and nice. Room is spacious and clean, bathroom nice and clean and came with hair dryer!

Very good location in the centre of town, very helpful and friendly staff who organised a tour for me and helped me book the bus to ha Giang. Very clean and comfortable room with good shower and hot water! Would definitely stay here again!

The lady who owned the hostel was really lovely we communicated through google translate when we needed to. She had two cute kitties as well. The size of the room was a lot bigger than expected and we had a nice view. It was really good value for money.
