Everything and everyone. Phuong and her family are so kind, helpful and very friendly. With them you can get tours, bikes, scooter , everything. The place is great: quiet ,clean and very well located. A special thank to Phuong’s mom….the chef: best Pho I had in Vietnam so far. 🙌

Great location, friendly staff, mr. Strong arranged my scooter rental, suggested activities and places to visit, got me a bus to different town, very accommodating and helpful. The hostel is clean, beds are comfortable, great value for money in general.

Such a beautiful and relaxing space to chill out by the river. Very nice social vibe and such a wonderful family. Really fast WiFi, did a virtual interview here and had no issues with connection. Had a bike accident during my stay, and the family couldn’t have done more to help me, brought me to hospital+pharamcy, loaned me cash as hospital didn’t take card, made sure I was ok for the rest of my stay, didn’t overcharge for damage to bike. Could not recommend more. Such good family dinners, really nice to socialise with people at the hostel. Food was so good, asked for recipe for fried pumpkin and was given a hand written recipe upon check out!!

Amazing hosting by the family. They booked a cave tour for us. Booked our bus tickets. Pick up and drop off provided. The staff allowed us to use the bathroom to take bath after our cave trek even after our check out. The stay was very nice rooms were very clean. Superb view from the room. Food was very tasty and they have vegetarian options too. If you plan a visit to phong nha you must stay here.
