Everything was perfect except that the hotel manager gave tickets to a bus service that didn't really exist. This may not be hes fault. I know she and her other staff - including the little dog - are loving. The hotel is a peaceful place. I can definitely choose it again. But she should work with a reliable bus company like herself. When booking the bus, guests should know that they can be transferred to another bus 3 hours later and will not be informed of this change.
