I had the queen size private room. The room was really big. Everything was clean and I also received a bath robe. It felt more like a 3 stars hotel than a hostel. The location is 5 min away from the main street and a small supermarket. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered me recommendations for places where I can get customised shoes and clothes. I was also l a little bit sick at that time and the ladies helped me with tea and let me check out a couple of minutes later. I really loved my stay at this hostel.

We were only in Hoi An for one night, so booked the Hoianese Center Hotel as it was such good value. It totally exceeded our expectations & was far nicer than other more expensive accommodation we have stayed in. The room was immaculately clean, very spacious & comfortable. All the staff were lovely - very friendly & welcoming. At check-in, Emma provided is with a map & gave us a great overview of things to do. Check-out was also very straightforward and we were given a small gift too, which was very thoughtful.

Hoi An ancient town hostel is a fantastic place with fantastic people owning it and operating it. It is a brand new place that had an opening a couple of days ago. I was fortunate to be one of the first people on May 8, 2025, to experience staying there for 2 days. The Hostel is a family business, owned by two young family. They are vibrant, very friendly, positive, humble and helpful. Inside dorm and everywhere was spotless. Great shower, great pressure with hot and cold water. Inside dorm, there is AC running nice with a fan keep the air nice and crispy. They served nice and complete breakfast that was included the booking. Breakfast included coffee, watermelon, passion fruit, eggs, toast, and salad. I highly recommend this clean and brand new Hostel that is very close to night market, centre city of tourist attraction. Ben and NuNu are two great friendly partners welcoming you. Enjoy the staying and say hello to them and have a chat with them. I will definitely go back there when I visit HoiAn. Even price is lower than anywhere else for what you are getting for.

the staff in the hostel is so friendly, especially kelly!! I made a booking error and she helped me rebook it, even though they were almost fully booked. she also shared a google maps list with a lot of different recommendations and she was always there to answer questions or just to chat with you. the breakfast is always freshly made and soo delicious!

I had a really comfortable stay at Nalani Hostel. The owners, Nalani and Martin are amazing. They offer a lot of help with getting around Hoi-An by offering cheap rental bikes and scooters as well as recommending places to see and eat. The hostel offers a plethora of great services, from ordering food to booking shuttle buses to the airport and other destinations. The vibe of the hostel is really chill and friendly and you have the beautiful beach 10 min walk away!

Hien is a great host. The hostel is clean and very homely. Hien helped us explore a lot of nearby Hoi an. Really helped our planning! Since it was raining v heavily when we were there, she cooked us a local cuisine instead of taking us on a food tour. That was lovely experience!

The property had lovely service. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to any needs of the guests. The property was in a great location only a 10 minute drive from the Old Quarter in Hoi an and the property also had a number of bikes available to use. The pool was a lovely addition on hot days to cool down! Would recommend for your next stay in Hoi an!

Fantastic place to stay. We were in a private room that was cleaned daily and included complimentary coffee/tea. Great location as it was close to the old town. Breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. The cooking class organised through the hostel was also good fun.
