Great location, lovely room, clean and comfortable. The receptionist Helen and Min couldn't have been nicer. These Lady's were two of the most helpful hosts we've had in 3 months of travelling south east asia. The free walking tour was great and definitely recommend. This hotel provides you with so many recommendations for the area. Would definitely come again.

I loved this hostel! The location is perfect, it’s a 3 minute walk from the old town, it’s quiet and cosy. I found the hostel very comfortable and suited to travelers and backpackers, there’s an attention to detail that I haven’t found in other places., I stayed in the 4 beds female dorm and had a wonderful, peaceful stay. The beds are comfy and have a curtain, the room is spacious, has lockers, the bathroom is clean and spacious. They also serve a delicious breakfast that changes every day and it’s prepared with love by a local lady. Shoutout to receptionist Moon who recommended an amazing company for the motorbike tour to Hue through the Hai Van pass, and to Crystal, the other receptionist, also lovely. Next door there’s also a bicycle rental, very convenient to move around. Thanks a lot!!

Nalani hostel is excellent and I would highly recommend. Location is really good, only a 5 min walk (even less) to the beach which was a beautiful beach with clean sand and nice clear water. The hostel is great, very newly built and really clean. Bed was comfortable, lovely bathroom facilities and good aircon. Our room had a balcony and a window for nice sea air too. I can’t say enough about how good Lan was. My boyfriend became sick on our trip to Hoi An, and Lan helped us so much with finding a good hospital and kept checking in on us and offering to buy whatever we needed. Lan let us extend our stay as well when needed and helped us book everything we wanted. I really can’t say enough about her, she helped us a lot throughout our trip and we will definitely return!

The Cheerful Hostel in Hoi is a fantastic place to stay! The hostel is impeccably clean, with cleaning done twice a day. Rooms are spacious and in excellent condition, with beautifully painted murals that create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Drinks and snacks are offered at very fair prices, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. What truly sets this hostel apart, however, is Hien, likely the friendliest hostel owner in all of Vietnam! Her warm, humorous, and open-hearted personality makes you feel right at home. Hien knows Hoi An incredibly well, and her recommendations were always spot-on. She even treated the entire hostel to a home-cooked meal, adding a wonderful, personal touch to an already perfect stay. Highly recommended!

One of the best places we have stayed in Vietnam. The huts are nice, cozy and very clean. They are cleaned everyday and are topped up with water and coffee. The staff are AMAZING. They go above and beyond for their customers and speak fabulous English. The pool is a perfect place to relax and there is a kitchen and BBQ onsite for guests to use.

I had an amazing experience here. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Vi, who is the sweetest person I'd ever met. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. Everything was a short walking distance or grab away so it was very easy to explore and experience a variety of things. I definitely recommend staying here and I'll certainly be coming back.
