It's a great place to stay in Cat Ba. You get the chance to meet other backpackers, and they prepare quiz or movie nights and arrange activities and transportation. The staff were very nice and the rooms were cleaned every day. The rooftop was a nice place to relax, and the restaurant downstairs was a good social place. The food (both the free breakfast and the restaurant) was delicious. I booked the night kayaking with bioluminescent planktons tour with them, and it was magnificent. The scooter rental and buses are cheap as well.

I spent three days in this beautiful place surrounded by mountains in the lush green nature! It's remote from city and that's it's previledge! There's great swimming pool and restaurant with good food! Staff was very helpful, they even picked me up from bus stop and dropped me off on day on my departure!! If I come again to Cat Ba I'll stay here for sure!! Thank you for everything!!
