I enjoyed my stay at Chapter. (Premium Cabin in 2 Bed Mixed Room) it was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable (but no windows inside the cabin ) I visited there at the end of November, so it wasn't too noisy or crowded. It's also not far from several mini bus stations, some grocery stores nearby as well. All you need is to bring the conditioner and shampoo, which they don’t provide. They provide tower, hair dryer, and shower jel. Mini kitchen has microwave, hot/cold water, and coffee/tea. A fridge where you can store your food. Pretty much everything you need. It's perfect for me.

Absolutely great hostel. Great location and very cheap. Free parking and nice rooms with a bathroom and pricavy curtains. Nice common areas and friendl, staff.

I was very lucky to have a 4-bunk room all to myself, and it came with a private bathroom/shower accessible within the room, other guests informed me they had to use the bathroom at the end of the hall. For $47 a night i felt this was very worth it, the place felt clean. they left the sheets for me to put on myself. They had soap and shampoo in the shower and a cleaning lady came in every day to clean the bathroom. I joined a free pub crawl put on by the hostel and had an amazing time! The room is pretty well insulated and has a heater if needed. The location is a little loud at night bc it’s right on the line of the tenderloin - a not so savory area - but nothing that kept me up or made me feel unsafe in my comings & goings

Amazing hostel! They have everything for your comfort! Friendly staff, free tea, coffee and fruits, well-decorated corridors, good music in common areas, clean bathrooms, curtains on your bed, small shelfs, sockets and usb inside the bunk! Loved it so much! Thank you!

My experience at Green Tortoise has always been amazing. The staff was very nice and they made sure to give us a bedroom on the ground-floor, when they realised we had too much, heavy luggage. The room was very clean and spacious enough, with a very convenient private bathroom, also very clean. We do recommend this hotel for a couple of nights in beautiful San Francisco.

The room was spotless clean .... I mean SPOTLESS clean !!! Bed was very comfortable. Modern furniture. Excellent location. Hotel is safe. Shared bathroom (separate shower and toilet) was clean. Towels are provided and changed everyday.
