Excellent location. Tourist attractions, a huge selection of cafes, restaurants, shops are within walking distance. But when you enter inside, you find yourself in a quiet, cozy space. It is really comfortable here. After long walks, the best thing is a massage, which is on the 4th floor in the relaxation room. Reception guy, you're cool (not a robot;)

This is an excellent place to stay in NYC. We walked from here to most of the main tourist hotspots or a subway station is very close too. The room was expected size for New York, but the three of us were very comfortable. The facilities were clean and had really cool artwork everywhere. The staff were lovely and accomodating and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Would absolutely stay here again, really great choice and value for money. Also had great security on the building and always feel secure and safe.

I was with low expectations and loved every second. They asked a taxi for us to go to a gospel church in Brooklyn and it was an amazing experience. We left our baggages for free after the check-out and everything went well.

I was on the 11th floor, room 1136. Happy as with actually everything. From the service at the front desk to the service in the rooms with cleaning. Everyone was actually awesome. I would love to be back soon to be honest. Thank you for making my stay as pleasant as I was looking forward to.
