Everything! This accommodation was by far the best one we stayed at during our 3-week trip to Tanzania. It features a lot of facilities, including a large and very clean pool, beach volleyball net, slacklining, a treehouse, a bar and restaurant and very well-laid out sunbeds and umbrellas. The WiFi connection was great too. The food at the weekly Wednesday BBQ was abundant and very varied. Breakfast was very tasty, as expected. Overall a great stay 10/10!

nice and clean basic accommodation, amazing beach! all rooms are first line, excellent restaurant/bar closeby and part of the property, watersports center available and with great quality equipment, all for a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is perfect for a barefoot holiday! Very recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Drifters Hostel in Paje! From the moment I arrived, the place had nothing but good vibes—relaxed, friendly, and full of energy. If you’re traveling solo or just love meeting new people, this is honestly one of the best spots around. It’s incredibly social, and it’s so easy to meet people whether you’re hanging out in the common areas, chilling by the bar, or joining one of the nightly activities. The on-site bar is a major highlight too. The food is surprisingly delicious, fresh, and well-priced, making it super convenient to grab a great meal without even leaving the hostel. Whether it’s breakfast, dinner, or snacks between activities, everything I had was really good. The location in Paje is perfect—right on the beach front, it’s a walking distance to so many restaurants, and all the fun that the area has to offer. Whether you’re into kitesurfing, beach days, or just relaxing, Drifters puts you right where you want to be. If you want a place with amazing people, staff and fun nights, great food, and that unbeatable island vibe, Drifters Hostel is the place to be. Highly recommended!

This place is just beautiful! The rooms are super comfy and really clean, breakfast is delicious, and the pool (recently renovated) is honestly one of the nicest in Paje. But the best part is the people working here – they’re so friendly and make you feel right at home. The vibe is awesome, with fun karaoke every Friday and daily volleyball games where everyone joins in. Totally recommend it!

I had an amazing time here. Mohamed and William were great, friendly and professionnal owners. The hostel is comfortable and very beautiful, with all commodities. Mohamed and William gave us good plans to spent our time, and gave the hostel a chill (but also ready to party) vibe. They created opportunities for the lonely travelers to meet and spend time together, managed to negociate prices for us, used their network to offer new activities. It is a perfect place to either make new friends, visit, chill or party. I felt safe and so happy! The breakfast is also the best I ever had, my congrats to the cook! Thank you so much, I will come back if given the chance!
