Hostels in Green Island

The hosts were amazing and helped me with everything. From renting a motor bike, attending scuba diving to managing my booking for the ferry. The stay could not have been better, I felt at home

Fantastic place, very well located, and good vibe. Great snorkeling spot nearby. The owners are very helpful to provide advice for diving and getting a scooter. They pick you up at the port. Remember to bring enough cash because the ATM in town does not take foreign cards.

I've been full-time travelling for almost 4 years, and the memories I've made here will always be kept close to my heart. Summer, Xiangxiang, and AhZi are your 3 best hosts because they truly care about you having a good time. From the second I walked in, they took care of me with a lot of sincerity, and after a week of being there, I felt true friendship, which is very rare to have in the first place. The location of the hostel itself is very close to the harbour, and there's a rooftop that has amazing views. I spent quite a few mornings there meditating and enjoying the ocean Right in front of the hostel is a snorkelling/diving zone. Visibility is very good, and you can rent gear from just around the corner. For food, you can always walk over to the Korean place closeby or the drink store right in front sells skewers too. If you can ride a scooter, the hostel is only 3 mins to the "main street" and 15 mins from the bar area. Wifi was consistent throughout my stay. There is strong hot water and an area for you to hang your clothes if you hand-wash them. There are also hair dryers. The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked well. They also do daily cleaning of the floor. If you come with friends you should know they have karaoke rooms on the second floor too, very convenient if you need a nighttime activity. Great ambience. All about diving and the love of diving. Also very eco conscious about diving. The hosts were the kindest people really looking after me and making sure I had everything I needed. I will come back for sure!

Facility was very clean, rooms were very comfortable and clean, location was a little bit further from town but the whole island is tiny so that seems less relevant as long as you have transport. The owner provided an opportunity to go diving with him, which should not be slept on in Green Island. It was a great experience.
