The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area of bled and is close to the bus station/ center. Supermarket and place to do laundry right across the road. The owner Colleen was such an amazing person that made it feel like home, she gave lots of good advices what do to and which transportation to use.

The space created transmits peace and harmony. It's really a beautiful project that exudes core principles of sharing, of love, and of simplicity. It's a delight to be there and would surely come back, wherever the next "Nomad's tent" sets. The atmosphere is fantastic, the garden is beautiful, there's a certain proximity to Bled, however visitors should plan for having a car, or planning a transportation to Bled as it's not that close. The eclectic but tasteful decor inside is really well thought, for anyone who's travalled and slept in a tent in the wilderness, the care to recreate that feeling is definitely there. It feels like a little village while still respecting privacy of individual tents. Many thanks (Hvala)! M.

Clean and comfortable with a really quiet and calm vibe. Exactly what we needed for a three night stay in Bled. Check-in was straight forward, but would recommend to ring an hour in advance to your arrival! Having lockers and keys was so handy, and also being able to wash clothes without having to pay anything extra was fantastic. Also take note that this is a small hostel, so there are only two bathrooms between everyone. However, I only had to wait once during my three night stay here so this wasn’t an issue for me. Although the hostel is a bit further out from Lake bled itself, it is very walkable (20mins). There is a large supermarket nearby and an excellent free shuttle bus service located here which will also bring you directly to the Lake or elsewhere, this was really convenient to us during our stay here.

Very very nice hostel, I loved everything!! The only down part is noise from the outside which cannot be controlled by the hostel anyway 😊

The location was absolutely beautiful I’ve never seen such stunning scenery. House mates were really nice and kept their space clean. The owner was really helpful and kind which made the stay that bit better

I love this place!!! Such a welcoming and warm place. It felt like a home! Well, it used to her grandma's home... Definitely not a "traditional hostel". It has a small capacity ; there are a couple of dorms and a couple of (double) rooms. Katja, the owner, is very friendly and gave me great recommendations for dining and sight-seeing. It's also a pet-friendly place. A couple of nights some guestrs had their dogs and Katja left dog treats for them on the breakfast table! Such a lovely gesture! Breakfast had several options. Fresh bread every morning! Katja also makes her own yogurt, which she serves for breakfast. They provide free towels (that's extra points for a hostel) and there are even shampoos and shower gels for guests. Very clean place, too!
