A very welcoming personal/owner who made me immediatly fell home. The guest house is very fresh, clean and cozy in all way, There are clear set up rules to be followed by all guests to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location is very central in Odivelas one of the nice part of Lisboa/Lissboa. I can recommend this accomodation even for families of maximun 6 persons. It was perfect for us to be there. Keep it up Aline:-)

Literally the best experience in Lisbon. Really nice and helpful people are working there. Everything is very clean, a lot of bathrooms on the each floor, so no problems when the hotel is full booked 👌🏻 a lot of free space. They also provides some activities for every day. Breakfast is like homemade and during the day you can use kitchen stuff. The also provides dinner.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, good location. It was great to have curtains for every bed for more privacy and power sockets by every bed, too. Extra plus that lockers could be used with a coin, so there was no need to bring your own locker with.

The hostel was in a great location, really close to the city center. The staff were super friendly, breakfast was just right, and everything in our room and also hostel was very clean. We loved the view from our window and really enjoyed our stay. We’d happily come back again.

The hostel was really clean and we really liked everything about the facilities. The beds were comfortable and perfect for me as a tall woman. The sleeping cabin was big and the duvet was extra big (I've had problems with the size before at other hostels). It was also very quiet in the hostel and the night's rest was respected. The organization of arrival and departure was also good. We were even allowed to store our luggage. I can't understand the negative reviews about the unfriendly staff. I would say that most of the staff were rather introverted and did their job well, but also respected my privacy as a guest. If I had any questions or concerns, these were always resolved professionally and immediately. The breakfast buffet was varied and there was also a good selection for vegetarians and vegans. The guests reflected the hostel well and were open for contact and it was easy to strike up a conversation with different people. We would come back again and again.

The staff, cleanliness, and comfort of the hostel were at the highest level. I felt at home. In fact, the hostel is located on the floor of a house, and the kitchen is very cozy with a beautiful view. I chose this location because of the price and proximity to the airport.

The location is only suitable if you drive because of the distance between the hostel and the city centre.

Raphael and Aline were genuinely lovely people and I could see really took time with everyone to make them feel at home. I had sent a bike bag forward to the hostel which got stuck at the postal depot- Raphael came in on his day off to accompany me to the depot and get it out...really kind. The hostel is small and bijoux, super clean, and close to two or three restaurants and a mini supermarket. Great night's sleep

Quick sleepover to catch a flight in the early hours of the next morning, so not much time to evaluate the room. Cheap and cheerful and comfortable enough for a few hours sleep.
