Highly recommend staying here. We stayed in a private room and it was beautiful, clean and spacious and also, very quiet at night so we slept peacefully! Great, central location on a quiet street. Also the breakfast was incredible. The best we had in Madeira and one of the best we've had anywhere!! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Madeira! The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Thanks Jaca Hostel team for taking such good care of us!

The hostel is immaculate, super clean. The beds are comfy, the shower were fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the location is amazing! Hoping to book same hostel again for end of February.
