I got lucky and had a room with windows, and some extra place to put stuff on in the window frame. My room was facing the inner yard and I had only 1 neighbor. As a result I had a calm, comfy time with plenty of daylight. The entire place is freshly renovated otherwise, clean bathrooms, and a kitchen is great for some basic stuff like making tea / instant coffee and fridge to store stuff. It was nice that they let me store my big backpack in the wardrobe for no extra costs for a few hours after checkout - albeit unguarded, it was of great help. The price/quality ratio is top. I loved this place!

The price and the location. I dont like staying in the concentrated old town so this is just perfect. Only a few minutes walk to center of town which I truly enjoy. Within a metro station and bus stop to airport. There was a supermarket (Ladybirg logo) near the big junction. Bed was comfortable, shower was clean, and people who stay here respected the noise level. You can dim the light in the cabin, just hold the switch button until u achieve the brightness u like.

The location of Safestay is excellent, right outside is the main street leading to both the Old Town and the New Town, making transportation very convenient. The whole place was spotless and tidy, The bed was so comfortable, and there were curtains to ensure privacy. There was also a large drawer for storing luggage. The staff are accommodating. The 4th-floor restaurant was spacious and very clean. Highly recommended.

The hostel is in a very nice area full of restaurants and nearby the skyscrapers. The hostel staff were so nice; they allowed me to check in a bit early since the room was ready. I stayed in a female's room with 4 beds (individual lockers + light and plugs in each bedside) and curtains for privacy. We shared the bathroom with other rooms, but it was always tidy. We also had a small kitchen area, plus the kitchen was near reception. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe there. After I checked out, I had an incident where I spilled coffee over my white shorts. I asked Jula in reception if I could use the laundry service. I didn't have cash on me yet didn't even hesitate and asked Mariola for help. Fortunately, in a few hours, I got my shorts looking brand new, and they didn't even charge me for the laundry service. I was 100% satisfied with such an experience, and I'll stay there again when I visit Warsaw. Thanks to Jula, Mariola, and all the staff.
