The location is excellent - the entrance to the hostel is via a small pathway off the small street that runs directly to the Whale Shark Watching. The location cannot be any better. the street has plenty of shops and cafes if you need anything - they open super early - i think around 4am. We arrived after the 10pm check in due to traffic and the manager was very accommodating, she also took charge of booking us in for the first trip of the day. the whale shark watching is incredibly popular and the first / last boat trips daily are 6am-1130am - so getting there early was really important. Also means you dont have to wear sunscreen and the sea is probably going to be calmer. The manager also helped us get a local bus. EXCELLENT service !

basic room but great value for money. nice quirky 1 night stay for the whale sharks. whale shark place is a 1 minute walk away from the hostel. Ken who works at the Hostel is so good. so friendly and so happy to help you get to and from places.

Loved everything about it. the rooms where clean, bigger than most hostels and had curtains which I loved. Ervin was so helpful and kind, Anja him anything and he’ll know! if you need to rent scooters he will arrange that to at the hostel!

We’ve had the most loveliest stay here hosted by the most gorgeous family! Everything you need, clean & gorgeous setting! The host is always on hand for absolutely anything you need throughout your stay, they couldn’t do enough for us! Accommodation complete with great air conditioning, a fan & a kettle! We had so much fun meeting & playing with the host family’s two little girls throughout our stay, we were so sad to leave & say goodbye! Stephen (the host’s brother) took us out on two full day trips in his car, taking us around to everywhere we wanted to see whilst we stayed in Siquijor at a very affordable cost! Stephen’s wife offered a laundry service throughout our stay which was the best laundry we’ve experienced so far across our travels in SEA! Returned the next day with all of the stains from our white clothing disappeared & magically brand new again!! We truly couldn’t recommend enough, the most lovely family to have met & stayed with! We feel super lucky!

We were surprised how comfortable the bungalow was. We slept very well. The shower and toilet rooms are very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying there. We spend 4 nights there.
