Lovely cottages in the middle of the forest, away from the busy town. Very basic, but nicely protected from mosquitoes and for a great price. Norma was very nice and gave the place a homely feeling.

The staff went above and beyond for us at Russell Place. I left a bracelet behind in my previous accomodation and the ladymade it her mission to get the bracelet to us. They were exceptionally kind and so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly reccomend staying here.

The locality is nice - near beach, restaurants, shops etc. The room was clean, with clean sheets and towels. The aircon was functional. The host was friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.

I really liked the brand new super quiet air conditioner. I also liked the second floor balcony suites which all had sunset views. I also that it was far enough away from the celebrations in the center of town to be able sleep well.

Facilities were amazing, loved having hammocks and a pool table. Bathrooms were clean enough and rooms were well maintained.

I must say that the staff there is truly friendly and pleasant! They organized amazing trips for me, and the communication via WhatsApp was incredibly convenient. The hostel is well-maintained, clean, fresh, and in a great location. Small but friendly. Highly recommended!
