He really wants to make your stay comfortable --right from the start by helping me arrange a taxi pick up from the airport to nearby places to eat and walk. Really nice people are also staying at the hostel so if you want to make new friends in a quiet setting, in a sweet central neighbourhood, this is for you.

Great location, maybe 25 minutes' walk from Plaza de Armas and historic center. 20 minute walk from Chinatown, so many great colonial buildings. I came back after 1 year and this hotel is still just as great. Breakfast was great, clean bathroom and good showers with hot water always available. Thanks a lot to Alex for his help on my trip.

Great location, close to the beach front. Staff was very friendly. We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast is good value for money and the coffee is good. We went on a guided tour very early in the morning and had to miss breakfast so they packed us a lunch box. There is someone at reception for help 24/7
