Perfect location, right next to the main square and everything you need. Staff very very friendly and helpful (some of the best since travelling for 7 months!), and the room was cleaned daily. I can’t recommend this enough.

Amazing location 10min from plaza the armas, 5 min from the park. Amazing view at breakfast and the small bar. The breakfast was really good, and the bunk beds in the dorm were the best I’ve ever had. Real private bed feel in a dorm as all the beds were closed off.

Spacious rooms and great location. The staff were lovely (Hilda) and they held our bags for us whilst we went on tours. We were welcomed like old friends when we came back. Can’t beat it for that price ☺️

Super friendly hostel ☀️ Although not a party hostel, the most social place I have stayed recently - I think due to the kitchen and dining space! Great to have breakfast included (typical bread, jam, eggs, coffee). Bedding was super snuggly, and had hot showers. Easy to organise colca canyon hike and rafting through. Would recommend!

Very good location, we stayed in the corner room and it was very spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The family that run it are very kind and helpful. My friend lost his phone in Arequipa and they helped us a lot with translations and liaising with authorities. We enjoyed our stay very much here and the owners made it much easier and more fun.

Econunay is a pretty hostel on an amazing location. The terrace with a bar on the roof is great. The staff is fantastic: they folded our laundry without being asked to - which was a really nice surprise, they have sent something that we forgot to Cusco and even paid the shipping cost, etc. ❤️ All in all, amazing group of young people.

Peruvians are very nice people but Hilda is simply the best. With a big smile, always willing to help. Hostel in a great location, close to an excellent restauracja , with the possibility of leaving your luggage during trekking in the canyon, with a wide range of excursions and the possibility of doing laundry. If you don't need the standard of a top hotel, this is the place for you. Muchos gracias Hilda!
