The place was great. We loved the room. The decor was lovely and our heater was on when we arrived. Lovely and clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was well-equipped and spotless, with enough space for multiple people to cook at the same time. I really appreciated that the female and male rooms are naturally separated without any extra cost. It truly felt like home. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and during the day I often had it all to myself. The location is perfect, just a ten-minute walk to the historic centre of Dunedin. The building itself is beautiful and full of history. I wish more people would visit during the off-season, as this place truly deserves more recognition. Thank you, I hope to stay again in the future!

The room was lovely and comfortable with a lot of space and we loved that there was a good view from the balcony. Plus, the kitchen was fully stocked and super clean so we were able to cook on the night we were there which was great. Also, the location was ideal as you’re right by town. We had a great stay here and would recommend it.
