The facilities are top-notch for a backpacker’s accommodation, especially the hot tub and cozy communal lounge, which are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The dorms and private rooms are clean, comfortable, and Its central location is another highlight—it’s just a short walk to the lake, restaurants, bars, and all the action Queenstown has to offer. Despite being close to everything, the property maintains a peaceful vibe, making it a great place to relax. The staff at Black Sheep are fantastic—always cheerful and happy to help with local tips or activity bookings. It’s the perfect base for travelers who want to make their Queenstown adventure. People staying in the hostel are very nice. :) good community. I will definitely stay in this place when I go back to queenstown.
