Bed and Pillow is a lovely place with a friendly staff. When we arrived early in the morning, we were warmly welcomed by Nibhesh at the reception, he explained everything to us, gave us great advice, and checked us into our room. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast and beautiful views from the rooftop. They also provided laundry service and kindly lent us an electric kettle even though it wasn’t included in our room. During our 16-day trek, we left our luggage there, and we’re already looking forward to staying again after returning from the mountains. Thank you! If you’re looking for a place in Kathmandu with an excellent location, clean and well-equipped rooms, and amazing staff, go there…you’ll feel right at home 🤍

the location of the hotel is perfect, in the heart of Thamel, but on the quieter street. with the hotel being setback a bit from the main street where there are many gift stores, fabric stores, etc. a good mix of businesses catering to tourists and the locals as well. the staff, especially Saroj was most helpful!

Really nice community vibe here for travellers to meet one another, with relaxing surroundings, only a short walk to the main streets in Thamel. The restaurant here is also really good and well priced! Staff are great especially the manager Sunny. They can also help to arrange everything for your trekking plans including leaving your luggage there if needed. There is also great views from the roof top. Can’t beat the value for money here! The beds were clean and super comfortable, each with privacy curtains, personal lights, and even charging ports, which made a big difference. I really appreciated the attached washroom with a reliable hot shower—something that’s surprisingly hard to find consistently in many hostels. The common area had a great vibe, perfect for meeting other travelers, and the co-working space was a huge bonus. I had to work late nights during my stay, and having a quiet, well-lit space outside the dorms meant I could stay productive without disturbing my roommates.
