Bed and Pillow is a lovely place with a friendly staff. When we arrived early in the morning, we were warmly welcomed by Nibhesh at the reception, he explained everything to us, gave us great advice, and checked us into our room. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast and beautiful views from the rooftop. They also provided laundry service and kindly lent us an electric kettle even though it wasn’t included in our room. During our 16-day trek, we left our luggage there, and we’re already looking forward to staying again after returning from the mountains. Thank you! If you’re looking for a place in Kathmandu with an excellent location, clean and well-equipped rooms, and amazing staff, go there…you’ll feel right at home 🤍

As someone who travels frequently to Nepal and has stayed in almost all the hostels around Kathmandu, I can confidently say that Checkpoint KTM exceeded my expectations—especially for the price I paid. I really appreciated the attached washroom with a reliable hot shower—something that’s surprisingly hard to find consistently in many hostels. The common area had a great vibe, perfect for meeting other travelers, and the co-working space was a huge bonus. I had to work late nights during my stay, and having a quiet, well-lit space outside the dorms meant I could stay productive without disturbing my roommates. Honestly, if you're looking for a place that balances comfort, convenience, and community—just book it. You won't be disappointed.
