Pretty much everything! I don't remember everyones names, but literally all the staff are super amazing! Really welcoming, kind, and helpful. The facilities are nice - clean bathrooms and dorms and bunks that are quite private. They also have a restaurant downstairs with really good food! I arranged the manaslu and tsum valley treks through the hostel, and they offered really competitive prices. My guide, Prakash, was awesome! I highly recommend requesting him as your guide if it's possible, and he's available :)

Very nice straff, great common area and rooftop. Good location as well, and clean! Staff clean bathrooms and common rooms every day. Hot water in the shower all day. Loved this hostel:) very comfortable

Bed and Pillow is a lovely place with a friendly staff. When we arrived early in the morning, we were warmly welcomed by Nibhesh at the reception, he explained everything to us, gave us great advice, and checked us into our room. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast and beautiful views from the rooftop. They also provided laundry service and kindly lent us an electric kettle even though it wasn’t included in our room. During our 16-day trek, we left our luggage there, and we’re already looking forward to staying again after returning from the mountains. Thank you! If you’re looking for a place in Kathmandu with an excellent location, clean and well-equipped rooms, and amazing staff, go there…you’ll feel right at home 🤍

Came as a solo traveler and rooms were really clean. The hostel has a very calm vibe and the roof top cafe is top notch. The staff helped me a lot to navigate the city. Especially Saroj and ganesh had enough knowledge of the activities in the city which helped me for a better stay.

I have to say everything is perfect. It's away from bustling area, but no more than 20mins to get to the center. Everyone is lovely and helpful, including all the staffs and guests. Can't imagine a more cozy hostel than this.

Everything. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Not pushy at all. So nice. And my room THE BEST. I was in a bird’s nest in the BIRD’s NEST. Grounds so pretty and quiet also.
