Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious and elegant! The women's dorm has its own shower and toilet, everything was very clean. I'm in love with the hostel branding! They have their own free city map, labels everywhere like "Hello, I am soap" or "Hello, I am fridge, my rules are: ...", that's veeeery cute!

This is a very cosy place in an extremely convenient location, close to both the city center and to metro. Clean, with good snack options and lots of places to eat nearby. The personnel are wonderful, helpful and supportive.
