The staff were so nice, the decorations around the hotel and the room was awesome. The kitchen had oven and microwave, lots of glasses and plates, so it was very good. public areas were nice, had table games etc. I loved the place overall.

We arrived early to drop our bags and we allowed to check in. Amazing to be able to have a shower after travelling around the world! We could then set off for the day feeling fresher. Clean and comfy, great breakfast.

Rating: 10/10 I had a fantastic stay at Cabins Hotel in Amsterdam. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect—just 10 minutes from the city center, which made exploring Amsterdam super easy. The cabins themselves were spotlessly clean, very quiet, and offered great privacy. For the price, it was excellent value—comfortable, peaceful, and well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, convenient stay in Amsterdam!

All hostels in Haarlem

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Really nice hostel with a warm and welcoming vibe. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in an apartment with our two young sons there. There was lots of space for the four of us and it had everything we needed. A lovely find. The stairs was quite steep and needed a bit of safety monitoring with our toddler, a given consideration in Holland. Good location & we would stay there again.

Easily one of the best hostels I have been in. It was modern, clean and it felt like they cared to give you a really good stay. They were super nice, gave suggestions on places to eat and drink and also had free lemon water available at the reception! Keep in mind that it's a "calm" hostel. If you are looking to party hard, this would not be the place to go. If you want a place outside of the city centre of Amsterdam, where you can rest on a tight budget, this is the perfect place.
