Very helpful and friendly staff that makes you feel like at home! The dorm set-up is smartly arranged, offering a decent level of privacy, with separate bathrooms/shower rooms for women vs men (which I found to be a big plus). I was kindly offered to borrow an umbrella when it was raining or handed a second towel one day when I came back soaking wet - this kind of care is rare and was highly appreciated. Overall, as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and welcomed there, and would happily return if I visit Langkawi again. Thank you Nanda and team!

Winny and Nanda were so helpful and provided great info on Langkawi. My room was great and nice to hang out in the garden area. Just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying with them.

What a place! Absolutely lovely couple run the place, with their dog and cats! Free Brekky, great showers. Absolutely brilliant spot. *As side note, anyone complaining shouldn’t ever travel!*

It is good hostel and not a party hostel. During my stay there were people of all age groups from all walks of life, which was great. The common area is clean and tidy (free watrer, free pool table (not a swimming pool), comfy sitting places, a fridge to store food and a big TV with netflix etc.). The location is good. It is a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Opposite to the hostel is a daily food market. Beneath is a supermarket with scooter rental. The staff was always present, very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a couple of hostels around SEA and this one is definitely and easily one of the best hostels I stayed at. I would stay here again for sure.
