Rooms very clean and modern, entire property has been renovated recently I would think and to a high standard. It has shared bathrooms but honestly there are so many that it feels like you have a private bathroom. Cleaned daily (toilets and common areas). Aircon is new and very strong, never need to worry about being too hot. The location is perfectly situated, buses run right outside if you need to reach any activities (Penang Hill or Park) and there are many restaurants/bars within a 3 minute walk. The guys working here were super nice, always on WhatsApp with updates, recommendations, etc. It was such a good location that we extended and additional 3 days.

New hotel in an amazing location. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, perfect for a good rest. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful; they take care of the guests and even offer delicious cookies and sweets. The water filter was very useful and environmentally friendly.
