The common area is so beautiful and inviting. The owner is very friendly and tries everything to make you feel comfortable. Because my bus was delayed, I arrived after check-in time, but it wasn't a problem. The accommodation is located in a quiet street, but still close to everything like restaurants etc. They provide water and tea, and the kitchen is well equipped in case you want to cook... I shared a room with one other girl, and we had plenty of space for our stuff. The AC is running well!

Absolutely everything! The place was new, clean, lovely finishings and great lighting. The air conditioning worked well. They offered free coffee and snacks every day for guests. They allowed early check in when our room was ready and all the staff were so lovely. We actually moved from a previous accomodation that was terrible and we were so happy when we arrived to Amore Stay. Fantastic location, wonderful owners. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is located in a great location. The facilities are simple. It was super clean and so far best accommodation I had in Malaysia on a low budget. The owners were also super nice. When we had an issue they quickly responded, helped and accommodated us. The owner also stepped by to check up on us and gave us a great list of recommendations for Penang.

Very new and nice place, always perfectly clean, roomy and airy lobby. The rooms are small but still very good equipped. It was okay for us to share the bathroom with other rooms because it was always perfectly clean with small private bathrooms, hair dryers, and slippers… in the lobby, there was always some bread and delicious cookies to taste. The place was generally quiet but there were always earplugs prepared for the guests. The bed was basic but comfortable, sometimes a bit noisy when moving but not a big deal. Everything is very well organized here. We received a text message with the codes before our arrival, wifi password and other important information. Shane, the owner of the place were there every day to check if everything is ok and helped us a lot (even after leaving the stay) with our questions about restaurants, places to visit, transportation etc.

The hostel staff was very welcoming and kind. They also prepared an itinerary for us, which was really nice! There is free water, coffee… The rooms are clean and have everything they need. The bathroom facilities were also clean. We lost something there and the staff was so kind and sent it to us all the way to Kuala Lumpur - all in all, very good price-performance ratio, nice staff and cozy environment.

The location was great! It was so easy to get out and explore. My room and the whole place was very clean, wifi was very fast, had plug adaptors so I could plug in multiple things at once. Common areas are plenty and comfortable. The staff were very friendly! They recommended a great itinerary for the duration of our stay, and also recommended nice places to eat. It seems hard to find a place with a window in Georgetown - while the windows in my room couldn't open, they let in plenty of natural light

Bonjour! My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The hostel was strategically located in a quiet street but near to all the eateries. It provides all the basic amenities that you need for a short stay from toothbrushes, earbuds to free coffee and teas in the kitchenette. The host is so kind enough to prepare us the bread from the oldest bakeries shop and we love it so much!
