The floors were clean, and the design of the bathroom area is nice. I got into a mild motorcycle accident during my stay, and the hostel manager was very helpful in helping me tape up the wounds. The hostel manager also provided good food recommendations in the area. I also liked how the manager was receptive to suggestions for the hostel.

The host is very helpful. our flight was very late. but he was waiting for us till the midnight. gave us useful information. The hostel is like traditional penang old house. looks like a museum. Really nice experience~ strongly recommend~

Nice new facility located inside a small mall on love lane. Close to night food hawkers. Super nice although not attended. Coffee,light snacks and electrical converts available.

The staff was friendly and we were able to check in a little early than the check in time. the location was perfect as it is walking distance from many famous streets.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the place has a great vibe and friendly people. It’s conveniently located near all the main spots for food and drinks. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, and overall it was great value for money.

This property was very accommodating to us. I booked and stayed for 14 days. The staff were very friendly they made sure that all our requests were their top priority (examples include asking for fresh sheets, letting us use a table and chair in our room for work purposes). The internet here is fantastic and perfect for digital nomads visiting the town. The location couldn’t be more central and your value for money is amazing. The beds are very comfortable and the private rooms are very spacious. The self-check in is very easy to follow and there are always staff around to assist you when you need help or you can send them a quick message and they will be right with you. Aayu also have different hostels nearby this property. We have stayed at another the previous week and felt the same about both. Excellent choice. 10/10 💛

Great Clean, security, good cleaning schedule, perfect location close to everything but off the main road so nice and quite. Complementary tea, coffee, filtered cold water and good little kitchenette. Reality matches the photos perfectly. I had booked only 1 night but ended up staying 4 because of how comfortable it is here. Best hostel I have stayed at in Malaysia, great price too!

We loved the location, the place was super clean, and the staff were the best! Super friendly, helpful, and happy to share local knowledge. The communication was top-notch. We were welcomed with some delicious local coffee-flavour bread from an old local bakery. There's a common kitchenette with tea & coffee, a water dispenser, a microwave. Next time in Georgetown, we will definitely be back at the Aauy Muntri 😊
