Everything was great, they even have coffee and cookies for all guests available at all times. They were really nice and gave us recommendations about some nice places and restaurants around the city. They also allowed us to do and early check-in.

The location was great! It was so easy to get out and explore. My room and the whole place was very clean, wifi was very fast, had plug adaptors so I could plug in multiple things at once. Common areas are plenty and comfortable. The staff were very friendly! They recommended a great itinerary for the duration of our stay, and also recommended nice places to eat. It seems hard to find a place with a window in Georgetown - while the windows in my room couldn't open, they let in plenty of natural light

The place was great — I made a booking, got all my details through WhatsApp, and communication with the staff was smooth. Check-in is done online. I really liked the common area where you can chat with other travelers, make coffee, grab some water, and just hang out. The rooms were nice and the beds were clean, pretty much what you’d expect from a hostel. The setup has four beds in two bunk frames. The shower pressure could be stronger, but overall the place was clean and the service was excellent.

The host was so nice and attentive. The rooms were spacious and I felt safe. It’s right near the centre of George Town and you can walk everywhere from the place. The host also allowed me to extend my stay as I made split decision to stay longer as I was enjoying the place very much
