Very nice spacious room. Awesome shower, hammock in the room which was cool for hanging out! Complementary coffee and a good location. What more does one need? That’s right, nothing ;)

The staff was ridiculously friendly and inclusive. It's clear the place has a culture and it was really nice to be welcomed by them. A complimentary drink on arrival, informative check in, fun activities during the stay, and lovely location!

This hotel was so, so nice! Staff was super nice and helpful, the atmosphere was great and we had a great time. Also, very nice location! Short walk to the center and just a few meters to the lagoon. Breakfast was simple but good! We stayed in a private room that was very comfortable and I always appreciate having a private bathroom. It was three of us but there is a lot of space so we didn't feel crammed.

I highly recommend this place. The property is well located in Bacalar, close to a cute parc with many restaurants and to the laguna’s public pier. The shared kitchen and bathroom are really clean and well-furnished. What we liked the most about this place is the kindness of the staff! They are dedicated to provide the best experience for their guests - always there to answer any questions and help with activities booking.

Beds were comfy, and the room is well-equipped for humid, hot nights. It was overall clean. The common areas are simple but good enough to chill. The host and volunteers were very friendly, too!
