Really comfortable, well equipped hostel in the centre of Ulaanbaatar. Beds were comfy and felt private with curtains separating them and the hostel had homely common areas which included well equipped cooking facilities. Hostel staff were really helpful including arranging a transfer from my flight which got in at 1am/staying late for check in and providing information on Mongolian culture.

I’ve come to UB a few times and stayed in different hostels. Overall, this one was really good. It’s newly renovated so every thing was brand new, super clean, and spacious. Fast internet, comfy beds, large well equipped kitchen , having a private bathroom in the room was a big plus. The hosts were very kind and helpful, thanks again to the lovely staff. For the price it’s honestly a great deal for what you get.

My stay at Central Guest House was absolutely fabulous. I was picked up at the airport in a comfortable car, which made my arrival easy and welcoming (make sure you let Central know your arrival time and share flight details) The guest house is clean, cozy, and has everything you need to enjoy your trip (Free WiFi, washing machine). The location is excellent, just minutes away from great restaurants, shops (Department a store for nice souvenirs), supermarkets, and interesting museums such as the new National Museum. I highly recommend Central Guest House to anyone visiting this beautiful country.
