Very nice welcoming staff who were very helpful, they also took our clothes to be cleaned for a small fee. The whole place was very modern and clean, also a short walk from the beach/main road with plenty or bars, cafes & restaurants. Would definitely visit again if we ever came back.

We really enjoyed our stay at KA Surf Hostel. The private room was great, relatively new, surrounded by a wonderful garden. The host family was very warm and welcoming and made amazing breakfast every morning, with changing dishes. All the guests were having breakfast at one big table, which was a nice atmosphere. The Kabalana Beach is very close, max 10 minutes walking. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Quiet hostel with an amazing hosts, Asanka and his family were very helpful. His english is great, he even speaks some german! The room, bed and bathroom were clean but basic. The value you get for the price is a very very good deal. The rice and curry was really delicious, a lot of dishes and big portions for a fair price. The common area (inside or outside) was great to hang out, you could even use it as a working space.

If you are looking for a fancy hostel stay, this is the right place for you. You have access to all the facilities of the resort, which is amazing. You get a huge breakfast included. After being in hostels for all my travels this was the best option to have some more me time and still pay a suuuuuper good price for it :)

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, close to Kabalana Beach, which made it easy to get around. Overall, it was a nice experience and good value for the money. I would be happy to stay here again.
