Hostels in Nairobi

Very clean and comfortable hostel. The location is good with uber,bolt and other taxi types available anytime. The area is safe and quiet. Staff communication is excellent. Beddings are comfy and spacious in a relaxed environment. The amenities are as indicated. Highly recommend when in Nairobi.

The people were very welcoming. It happened to be trivia night. I was travelling solo however it was quite easy to connect and chat with people. I believe breakfast was included however I left very early the following morning so I cannot comment on what was included or the cleanliness of the kitchen. The dorms worked great and washrooms as well. I got dropped off via Uber so it was quite easy to find. The property is gated so it felt quite secure. Beer was available for a very reasonable price.

Let me tell you why this hostel makes you feel so good that you feel like staying on & on : Double Bed sized bunk beds ( A rare find in hostels across the world) Very friendly, respectful and helpful staff ( especially Dan) Decent sized common area to socialize Huge front lawn Sufficient number of showers, toilets Hot water showers, good flow pressure & good wifi in common area Kitchen to cook with utensils, microwave, fridge etc. Budget restaurants nearby Not far or expensive from city center via uber bolt etc The hostel referred a company for a Safari to madai mara at a very competitive price and turned out a wonderful experience. They don't have lockers but Dan ( staff manager) offers to keep any valuables safely in his private room/locker throughout your stay. Laundry wash and drying machine available at a decent price. ZZZ is a hidden gem! My daughter and I loved the warm reception we received, even though we checked in late at 11pm. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The bedding was of excellent quality, clean, comfortable, and velvet soft. The service was attentive and genuinely caring, always taking time to listen to our needs. The Chinese cuisine was top-notch, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every part of our stay reflected true value for money. A heartfelt thank you to the ZZZ Hostel and Hotel team for such professionalism and warmth. We will definitely return. I highly recommend it to everyone!!

The bed was very comfortable, there was hot water in the shower, the kitchenette in the room made it very easy for me to make meals.
