Location is far from noisy tourists love it ! Lawson is nearby. Love the lounge area so homey, kitchen is clean. Wifi is good everywhere. Bed is comfy, has good reading light, charging port works well. Locker is ok for personl stuff. Bathroom nd toilet is clean it is just on different floor

The staff were friendly and nice. I had the pleasure to chat with some of them during my stay. The floor was kept really clean by the staff despite it being winter (lots of snow) when I stayed. I had a very comfortable stay at this hostel. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Otaru!

Loved the vibe of the camping themed lobby as it felt very homey and was a comfortable place to relax. The location was great as it was only a 5 minute walk to the Otaru Canal. Staff were very friendly and facilities were clean. Would definitely recommend!

Overall is good, especially staff service and welcome drinks are impressive (Bartender allow us to choose a drink less than ¥600 each person from the menu). And they have some board games for guests to play. We also found there is some beautiful postcards on book rack, then they offer us some free postcards. Very happy stay and memorable experience!

Spent three wonderful days here, very cozy Japanese traditional house. The staff make me feel warm. What's interesting is that on Chinese New Year's Eve (it's also my birthday) I sat in the restaurant with the hostel boss I guess, I was eating my meal, he was using the computer, and it was quiet around the fire until late at night. He kindly helped me clean up my kitchen waste. I got a sticker at the front desk to put on my suitcase. All are unforgettable memories.

This stay truly warmed my heart! The staff were kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. When I accidentally left my passport at the guesthouse, they promptly kept it safe and patiently waited for my return three days later. I felt completely at ease knowing it was in their care. The owner was so lovely and accommodating! On the morning we arrived, my friend got badly injured and had to go to the hospital. We were able to coordinate with the owner to check in early so my friend would be able to rest after seeing a doctor. She was really kind and assisted us in every way she could to make our stay comfortable - we really appreciated it!

The location was great, it was next to a busy road, although I couldn't hear it inside but apart from that, the area is really nice and calm and I liked going from and to Inazumikoen Station. The bed was also great, I could sleep very well and what was also nice was that it is forbidden to make an alarm, but you can enter your room number and desired wake-up time into a list and you will be woken up. Also, the owner and staff are really friendly! All in all, I would like to stay there again!
