Very clean and good atmosphere. We were alone most of the time , but for us that was fine :) good facilities and we looooved the Onsen next door. It is perfect location if you wanna explore the surrounding landscape with sites such as iya valley and aragami factory ! Also staff was super friendly and helped us with anything .

If you're on the Shikoku Henro (a pilgrimage to visit 88 temples related to Kukai, Kobo Daishi), Shippoya 七宝屋 is perfectly located between Temple 70 Motoyamaji and Temple 71 Iyadaniji, amidst tranquil farms and paddy fields.
