This is the best hostel we've stayed in during all of our Japan trip. Staff/hosts are exceptional, absolutely welcoming people. They speak English pretty well (which is rare in Japan). The bar is super nice and a great place to meet travellers or chat with the staff. The rooms are very comfortable. The owner's recommendations of where to go and what to do are SUPERB, this is worth gold. We absolutely loved it here. Thank you Mako & crew for having us! :-)

The hostel itself looks brand new, everything is clean, there's a lot of showers and bathrooms. The location is also quiet and peaceful. The staff was really one of the best I have witnessed, active, and answered to every request. They also provide information about the area and the activities. They are doing their best for the guests. Blanc guest house is one of my favourite guests house in Japan (maybe the one)

Everything, the staff was real nice, good food and beverages, they have a fantastic spirit collection (mostly whisky). Our campingthemed room was so nice. They have a nice rooftop with nice views over the sea and surrounding mountains, bikes for no more than 200yen/day. For us, perfectly located, a bit out of the center (which we like) and close to the ferry station to Miyajima. There's plenty of games, books, manga, etc to chill out. Really fantastic stay!
