It is very close to Hakuba JR Station. You can walk a short distance each day to take the shuttle bus to the snow resort. The staff was very kind and the check-in process went very smoothly. The rooms are very large and feel perfect for 4 people, and the value for money is excellent. The view out of the room was excellent. There is a parking lot outside the hotel.

I even didn’t see any staff there,it runs every day automatically,so most interesting things are guests there,if you are lucky enough,you will meet quite a few people from all around world so that you can make friends and chat every night to get any information you like.I met most interesting people there and enjoyed 2 nights talking with them.but it was by chance.

The housekeeper (Aurora) was exceptional, and accomodating to every degree of the word. The people were fun and we had a good time, but I was never kept up by noise; everyone was respectful. The location is good, near to the bus stop and the grocery store.

loved the breakfast absolutely worth it especially when there’s only those few restaurants to eat at and many of them don’t open early in the morning, they also sold ski passes there and also had a discount at a ski rental just beside the stay
