The location is really hard to find first time. The hotel sends a really good and clean notification so use it. If you want to get some hot water or tea after midnight it is possible and free of charge. Also at the main hall, you find an automat with coffee water and some snacks and you can pay with a credit card. Near you can find a brilliant pub with local Italian beer (surprise). good location 10 minutes walk to S. Marculo Vaporetto station. Clean place, good for a few daily stays. Free of charge luggage room open till 20:00 -Remember That! really comfortable was a small wardrobe with locked and your own key.

Generator is at a lovely location, if you drink coffee in the morning sitting outside view is beautiful. Personal is awesome, make you feel like you're at home very soon. Next time I visit Venice I am 100% sure I will be their guest again. Bathroom is clean, bed is very nice lounge you could rest nicely after Venice daily tour. I like everithing.Except for the venetian man in the last room. Hey snored and yelled constantly,as well as smoking where It was forbidden and dirtying the bathroom.

Nice, comfy and clean room. The breakfast was simple with croissant and some savoury food. The location is good, about 30 min trip to Venice by bus.
