I have rarely been so positively impressed by a hostel. The staff is friendly and professional. All the facility is so pleasant, every spot is thought to make you feel welcomed. I was in a dorm for 4 with private bathroom. I had the top bunker bed. Bed and mattress new, linen clean, personal night light and charging sockets. Enough space for your personal belongings, bothe locked up and beside bed. AIr conditioning silent and well functioning.

After landing in Milan a foreign land for us, we were so lost. The moment we entered Madama Hostel we felt at home.
