The staff were highly professional and answered adequately to all our questions. The room was spacious, had a 6 m high ceiling. There was a great fitness center at our disposal. And the best of all was the laundry room (free of charge) and the super helpful personnel that not only washed and dried, but even folded our clothes! It definitely exceeded our expectation. There is a bus stop very close! + a super nice small cafe for early birds

A perfect place for a stay in Florence. Even if the place is a hostel, has much better accommodation conditions than many hotels. All facilities are modern and clean. You can relax in the common area, which is full of comfortable chairs and lounges. Breakfasts offer a very wide selection. And the place is not so far from the close city center, so you can go there by a walk. I can totally recommend this place!

In short, Superb and Amazing guesthouse. 1 - Near to Florence Train Station, walking distance around less than 10 mins. 2 - Staff are amazingly friendly, my dorm room is very big for 4 pax (I super duper love it). 3 - In the kitchen, lots of free food available (very generous choice including pasta and egg) 4 - Many food options nearby if you don't want to cook. 5 - Walking distance to most historic attraction there, I can walk during daytime and night time to enjoy the view. Thanks for having us, definitely will stay here IF I go to Florence again.
