Great experience in Palermo. Many thanks to Cleila for the kind reception, help and Palermo tips but also the remainder staff was helpful and friendly. The place feels like new, well clean, with comfortable beds and warm water showers. It also has a nice kitchen/bar area and balcony where they prepare a nice breakfast and also serves as a social area. There's also the possibility of dinner on certain occasions that they announce beforehand. It's well located, at a walking distance from several attractions and transport connections to other attractions outside the city center. Easy hostel recommendation based on my experience.

I had a wonderful stay here.The capsule is spacious and very comfortable! Location is great ,just next to the station, supermarket and delicious pasticcerias for breakfast! The host cannot be nicer and more welcoming !!! This place really deserves its great rating!

Valentina was very helpful and super kind. She had many good advices where to go and which places aren't that touristy. The location was great and the dorm and the facilities were very clean. You had lot's of space to put your things. The building is very pretty, too. And they have a rooftop with a nice view where I could do yoga every morning. The common area was nice to hang out: Super nice restaurants, cafes, shops were nearby which was perfect. Also the airport bus is just 5 minutes walking distance.

The location is perfect near many sights, bus station for mondello, central trainstation, lidl is 2 min away, they offer Tupperware boxes which is also very helpful haha, very clean for a hostel, bathrooms and toilets were cleaned twice a day, there's AC and a big van in the rooms, you can have breakfast freshly brought in the morning on the cute little terraces, there's also a bar with drinks and I was very lucky with the volunteers, especially Emma <3 they really made this experience enjoyable for me as a alone traveling girl! I had so much fun, thank you guys! Only young people! Definitely recommend

I arrived after a double booking by "Into Palermo" B&B - warning many of these B&Bs in Palermo are not in accordance with law with no staff on premises. I was rescued off the street by a wonderful woman at 2200 at night, having been initially ghosted by the owner of "Into Palermo" who denied the double booking, stated he had no hotels.com account, I was so upset to be left on the streets as a single female so late at night. Anyway was welcomed at 2230 by staff of Sunrise hostel who agreed to accept a late night booking.
