Valentina was very helpful and super kind. She had many good advices where to go and which places aren't that touristy. The location was great and the dorm and the facilities were very clean. You had lot's of space to put your things. The building is very pretty, too. And they have a rooftop with a nice view where I could do yoga every morning. The common area was nice to hang out: Super nice restaurants, cafes, shops were nearby which was perfect. Also the airport bus is just 5 minutes walking distance.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! :) The staff so so nice, they explained and showed all facilities. There are many instruments on the wall to be used which makes the environment really familiar and friendly. The rooms and sharing spaces very clean. Lockers in rooms. Meals available with really good prices. Also, they have a luggage store which is for FREE after the check out. Definitely coming back!

Mario and Justina were absolutely fantastic - so kind, generous and welcoming, made me feel right at home. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable. I will absolutely stay again next time I’m in Palermo. Grazie mile!!

The property is very clean ,kelly always come to check out the situation and very friendly to all of us , she is a very caring person . Here seems like a home to me .Around the hostel there are many supermarkets nearby and very convenient to reach the places that i want to no matter to the beaches or the zones by walk ,I make many friends here .I would like to come back again in the future.
